Position: Executive Management Associate Consultant – Safety
Location: Remote (national and international travel ~70%)
Contract Type: Associate / Contractor / Self‑Employed
Rate: £125–£200 per hour, depending on location, experience, skills and consulting level

About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Management Associate Consultant to lead executive‑level client relationships and oversee full project lifecycle delivery. Acting as Program Manager, you will guide teams, drive performance, and ensure high‑impact consulting outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to client executives and senior leaders.
- Deliver DEKRA’s Executive Leading with Safety® solutions with credibility.
- Adapt DEKRA methodologies to meet client objectives and maximise measurable outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring integrated delivery.
- Track progress against objectives and adjust plans to achieve results.
- Maintain strong communication with client leadership and internal teams.
- Provide clear performance feedback and support team development.
- Manage delivery plans, resources, and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagements.
- Uphold DEKRA’s commitment to safety, health, and high performance.
Requirements:
- 15+ years in leadership roles, including executive-level safety responsibility.
- Advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C‑suite.
- Cognitive flexibility and ability to manage ambiguity.
- Deep knowledge of DEKRA solutions.
- Ability to interpret the impact of non‑safety processes on safety culture.
- Strong strategic planning and client excellence capabilities.
- Experience leading matrixed teams and developing others.
- Fluency with governance structures, metrics, change management, and SMS best practices.
- Technical aptitude and international business experience.
- Additional languages advantageous.
- Must operate a limited company with required insurance or via umbrella company.
